Hampton Wythe ends 56-year drought, grabs state Senior League baseball crown

Author: Patrick Kyle pitches a complete game for the championship and regional berth Hampton Wythe won its first state Little League championship since at least 1954, defeating DTQ (Dumfries-Triangle-Quantico) 4-2 Thursday afternoon in the winner-take-all Senior League baseball title game in Virginia Beach.
